Malwarebytes Premium is available for the following devices/operating systems:

• Windows - Windows 10 (32/64-bit), Windows 8.1 (32/64-bit), Windows 8 (32/64-bit), Windows 7 (32/64-bit)
• Mac - macOS 10.10 (or higher)
• iPhone, iPad and iPod - iOS 11 (or higher)
• Android devices - Android 4.4 (or higher)
• Chrome OS - Malwarebytes for Chromebook is only available for Chromebooks that can install apps from the Google Play Store

We're offering this protection for free on up to 10 devices for Personal and Premier customers and up to 30 devices for our Business customers. 

Malwarebytes Premium is available to NatWest International Personal, Premier and Business customers registered for online banking.

To obtain your free Malwarebytes Premium licence you'll require a Malwarebytes coupon code. To access your unique code:

• Log into online banking
• Select 'Security' from the main menu
• Within the 'Download Malwarebytes Premium' section select 'Get your Malwarebytes coupon code'
• Copy your unique coupon code and visit Malwarebytes website to create your account

Please note that the coupon code can only be used once.

Once you have created your Malwarebytes account using your unique coupon code, you will be presented with your licence key.

If you cannot find the answer to your issue, please sign in to your account and raise a ticket. This issue will be managed via the priority NatWest International support queue and will be your fastest route to a solution.

Our offer will not allow you to claim a refund from Malwarebytes for the licence you have already purchased however you will be able to add further devices to that existing account:

• 10 devices if you are a Personal or Premier customer
• 30 devices if you are a Business customer

You can start using those immediately and cancel your existing account at its next renewal. To add your coupon code to your existing account, please complete the following:

1. Open the NatWest International Malwarebytes customer webpage
2. Select the `Sign in` tab
3. Enter your existing Malwarebytes account credentials
4. When you click `Sign in`, you'll be asked to enter your coupon code
5. Enter your coupon code and you will see 10 devices (Personal or Premier customers) or 30 devices (Business customers) added to your account under a new licence key

If the software doesn't perform as you expected and you suffer loss, your right to redress will be against Malwarebytes as set out in the End User Licence Agreement.

The terms and conditions of your NatWest International account cover what happens if something goes wrong with your account such as if an unauthorised payment has been made. These account terms and conditions are not impacted by your use of Malwarebytes.

From the 31st of May 2024, the Malwarebytes Premium free cyber security software offer will no longer be offered to Online Banking customers. 

Malwarebytes Premium was an exclusive offer for customers who use Online Banking, designed to block malware on a variety of desktop and mobile devices.

The software offer had been in place for the past five years for our customers.

Over the past 12 months we’ve seen a reduced uptake, with many customers choosing to source their own solution. 

Malwarebytes will be emailing active licence holders from 14th May to advise that the free offer is coming to an end with effect 31st May 2024. Customers will be given the option to retain from 1-20 licences for an 85% discount. Those not taking up the offer will automatically migrate to the free version of Malwarebytes or can choose to uninstall the software.

Changes to Online Banking can only be made at certain times due to the level of complexity involved and the volume of customers who use the service. The option to obtain a Malwarebytes coupon code will be removed in May. 

We always want our customers to remain proactive and vigilant in the face of fraud and scams, and whilst we are removing this product, Malwarebytes do have a free version that you can chose to retain. There are also many free anti-virus products on the market that you may wish to utilise instead.
